FKP’s role is to support the client to integrate resources, including capital assets, people and activities, together with the effective presentation of the processes, work streams and tasks required to get to implementation.
To determine the level of success post-implementation, the client needs to know:
A significant challenge is to agree the answer to these three questions, given that there will be legitimate answers that are different. FKP supports the integration of these views into a coherent plan that meets the needs of the both client and wider parties.
This plan, supplemented with a coordinated approach to long-term support, provides the path for smooth implementation and buy-in to a new and sustainable way of working.
